What's my goal?

May 22nd, 2012 10:29 PM by Eric Fang

I always asked myself, what's my goal?
At the beginning of this year, I had the goal
of losing 15-20 lbs. I am almost there.
I will finish a few 10k runs, one half-marathon run.
One finished, and two others scheduled.

Even for my business, since I spent so much
time on the running, I want to keep the business
as good as last year. And so far business is
more than 50% better than last year.

And today, the running coach asked me the question,
what's your goal? After thinking for about a few seconds,
"I hope I can run 2 minutes faster in my next run".

I know it's still very hard, even though I am lighter,
still a heavy-weight runner.

My wife called my running is a 'middle-age crisis" one.
But I know it will be a good one. And my family doctor
will be a little bit surprised.

Finally, the rate prediction: I still think the rate
within the range I predicted last rear, 3.5% for 30yr
fixed; 2.875% to 3% for 15 yr fixed.

But who knows, we might see 0.125% lower in Nov-Dec time?
