I always asked myself, what's my goal?At the beginning of this year, I had the goalof losing 15-20 lbs. I am almost there.I will finish a few 10k runs, one half-marathon run.One finished, and two others scheduled.
Even for my business, since I spent so much time on the running, I want to keep the businessas good as last year. And so far business is more than 50% better than last year.
And today, the running coach asked me the question, what's your goal? After thinking for about a few seconds,"I hope I can run 2 minutes faster in my next run".
I know it's still very hard, even though I am lighter, still a heavy-weight runner.
My wife called my running is a 'middle-age crisis" one.But I know it will be a good one. And my family doctor will be a little bit surprised.
Finally, the rate prediction: I still think the ratewithin the range I predicted last rear, 3.5% for 30yrfixed; 2.875% to 3% for 15 yr fixed.
But who knows, we might see 0.125% lower in Nov-Dec time?
