Have not see any fixed rates less than 3%.
Will lock a few loans for 10 yr fixed with 2.875%.
this is not a bad rate.

Tried to allocate more time for the reading. And since
I do the running every morning now, I can read for about
an hour while waiting for my daughter's tennis practice.
So it went well for the last a few days, and I can finish more
than 25 pages a day.

The running training is a little bit intense than I expected.
I still could finish the assignment(with the speed of the lower
end, like I was supposed to run pace of 6:56 to 7:13, and
I finished pace of 7:15). Still need to work harder.

And sometimes, I ask myself, is it necessary?
