Recently we had a little bit delay for the loan closing. The delay comes from the appraiser, the escrow company and the lender funding. But the delay was mainly from the escrow company.

We had a very good relationship with one escrow company, and they gave us very good rate for the closing cost, and we gave them almost all the business. But suddenly at the beginning of August, one escrow officer who handled our loans left the company with 5 of her assistant. And then everything was a mess after that. The closing was delayed for one week is normal. So I moved all my business to another escrow officer.

So they had very good opportunities to get lots of the business, but I think they ruined the relationship and it will take time to get it fixed.

Anyway, very for those who got delayed for the closing.
