We used free service for a long time,
like yahoo/hotmail/gmail etc; and
even the blogger services. Accirding to
Jeff Jarvis in What would Google Do,
he said a lot of service should be free.
And I will certainly agree. At least the
internet service should be faster and free,
not just in those "hotspots".

My auto had a nail for about two weeks,
and my dealer recomended that I would go
to American Tire to simplely have it repaired
because this tire is new. So I went to one
store this morning. And I was so surprised to find
out that the repair service is free(I am at the
store now, and they said that it would take
about 45 minutes).

Read in another book about how to survive
in this fast changing world, one of the good
successful business model is "Run the business
by barely break-even", or very thin low profit
margin; so it will be hard for the competitor
to get in the market, unless if they would run
it to lose money.
