There are more people are interested in 15 yr fixed recently. No matter it's a 200k loan or 400k loan or even 580k loan. There are a few borrowers started 15 yr fixed for the high-balance loans. The largest loan amount so far is 580k. The only reason is that the rate is too attractive, it's between 3.375% to 3.5% and the most important is that they can afford it and they want to pay the loan off faster.
