Is not it Good or Bad?

February 18th, 2012 8:39 PM by Eric Fang

It's my first tim I ran 10 miles. And I did it.
The good thing is that I finished within 90
minutes. The bad thing is that I finished the
last.

I used to run the first one in another group.
I felt so good because of that. But I can not
improve much.

I can stll decide which group I will run with.
Most likely, I will choose the one group I,
even though I run the last.

It's the same with most of the other career
development and investment. I like to take
advice from the experts.

About three months ago, I talked to one of best
friends who is very good at stock picking,
trading, investment. At that time, I told him
that I will invest on bank stocks. He agreed
the timing was good, but he also suggested
two much saver players, Visa and Master Card.
Those two companies are also financial companies,
but they are very different from BOFA and Wells Fargo.
They don't have those problems the banks are having now,
so bascially they are much saver players. It
is proved so true.

Learning from the best is always my goal. Though
I am one of the top loan originators in California,
I still tried to learn from others to improve the
customer service, the mortgage knowledge, and
adopt the new technoogies to run the business
more efficiently.
