Stll busy for the purchase and refinance. Borrowerswitched for the rental 15 yr fixed. And ARM refistil not bad.
A few borrowers are still purchasing the rentalssince they are not comfortable with the stock market.And a few others also think the RE deals not thatgood any more, and they are not sure whether theywant to do the cash-out refi or not. That's normal when we do not know the market direction.
My WA licensed passed. Technically, I can do WA loans.But it might be hard to get business from washingtonstate. I will get some from existing clents whojust moved there, or from the online leads. The nexttwo states will be PA and TX.
I thought about the marathon training most time of the year. And yesterday, I thought about this as an onsite interview, you prepared for a long time,and you will not know how you do until that race day(or interview day). And what you can do before that isto tune up your body/knowledge for the best onsiteperformance. Right?One borrower who short saled his property got the loan closed today. This would be the first of many. And i am sure that there will be more similar buyers soon.
